The deadline to apply for the interdisciplinary IMBER ClimECO3 Summer School A View Towards Integrated Earth System Models: Human-nature Interactions in the Marine World is 1 March 2012.
It is clear that the issues in the marine environment currently facing society (e.g. resource exploitation, population growth, pollution) require working across natural and social sciences. By bringing together students and early career scientists from both the natural and social science domains, this summer school will provide the opportunity to convey and discover new ways of developing more accurate scenarios under future climate change.
