Second announcement: US GEOTRACES Arctic Planning Workshop

Dear Colleagues,

Attached is a second announcement of the US GEOTRACES planning workshop for the Arctic Ocean, to be held 29 September - 1 October in Washington DC (or at NSF headquarters).  This announcement is particularly timely for the OCB community because the Arctic Ocean is a featured theme this year at annual OCB workshop.

This second announcement contains new information about travel subsidies and a deadline to apply for one.
