The Division of Ocean Sciences (OCE) of the National Science Foundation (NSF) has recently published a “Dear Colleague Letter” that describes how OCE will consider research proposals that could potentially integrate and leverage with the planned NASA EXPORTS field program.  The Dear Colleague Letter may be found at this link:
